Late in May I photographed a small family out in their home in Beaconsfield. Anne & Jeremy’s baby girl Penelope is growing up so fast, that they decided they really wanted a photo session with her at this age while they still can! She has gorgeous little curly blonde locks and the sweetest, playful imagination. They knew they’d be moving soon as well, and wanted a record of their family in their first home.
I loved meeting the three of them and spending the afternoon watching Penelope enjoy her favourite toys, movie and splashing in the puddles outside in the rain.
They gave the images to Penelope’s grandma, Jeremy’s mother, for her birthday (which is today – Happy Birthday Michelle!). I was so pleased to hear that she absolutely loved the resulting prints. What a thoughtful and personal gift!
